Neelachal Minerals Limited is a hundred year old public limited company listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange over which was incorporated in the year 1907 as The Lakurka Coal Company Limited. That time the company was engaged in the business of mining in Bihar & Orrisa. Over the years the company diversified into real estate and invested in properties in Kolkata. On 29/01/1996 the name of the company was changed to NEELACHAL MINERALS LIMITED.

Presently the company’s main business is rental income from its 6 properties in Kolkata which has around 350 Tenants.
